Season’s Greetings from Healing Relationships Counseling Services
As the year comes to an end, I want to pause and speak directly to you.
The work you have done this year matters. Choosing to look at patterns shaped by history, culture, and relationships is not easy work. Slowing down when survival taught you to move quickly. Listening inward when the world asks you to adapt outward. Staying curious about the stories you carry and how they show up in your relationships. These are meaningful acts of courage and care.
Therapy is rarely linear. Growth unfolds in starts and pauses, insights and questions, moments of steadiness and moments of uncertainty. Each time you return to yourself with honesty and intention, you are building bridges. Bridges within you and bridges with the people you love.
Thank you for the trust you place in this process and for staying engaged in your mental health, even when it feels complex or uncomfortable. Your willingness to reflect, unlearn, and integrate creates space for deeper connection and belonging.
If you are reading this and wondering whether it is time to begin or return to therapy, know that you do not have to have everything figured out. Showing up is the work.
May this season offer you moments of rest, reflection, and connection. I am grateful to walk alongside you in this shared work of healing, understanding, and bridging worlds.
Wishing you a meaningful holiday season and a steady, hopeful year ahead.
Warmly,
Liliana Baylon, LMFT, RPT-S, EMDRIA Consultant
